Description

3 acres total, subdivided into a 2 acre fenced area and a 1 acre fenced area. Barn doors are closed to prevent access. Fence is metal 4 feet tall, so high jumpers and super athletic dogs might be able to clear it. ***Due to the sniffpass now being mandatory, I am reserving some days for a similar but less expensive and more customer friendly app called Rome. HOST NOTE

My sprinklers occasionally go off. They are tied to roof drainage/rain collection/grey water so I don’t control when they turn on. However, it is only on one side of the pasture and easily avoidable. Many of my visitors love that feature. Feel free to use the towels hanging on the fence. The smaller pasture toward the street does have some farm equipment implements in it. I don’t recommend using it unless you are comfortable with your dogs sniffing around those.

Additional rules

Please keep your dog on a leash until you are in the pasture. There are some farm implements and wood pieces in the smaller pasture toward the street. I don’t recommend using that pasture unless you are comfortable with that. POOP BAGS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED. GUESTS WHO DO NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PETS WILL BE BANNED FROM OUR SPOT. Thank you for your understanding.

Hop in the pool with your pup, or put the game on while your dog plays. There are steps at each end of the pool to make it easier for your pup to get in and out. We have shade and sun spots and plenty of seating. Our grass is cut short and there is a good amount for your dog to run around. Ours like to run circles around the pool - yours will too! :-) We provide sunscreen and bug spray for you (if needed), fresh water for your pup(s), towels to dry them off, and poop bags. We live in a quiet community in Parker Estates, so you can feel comfortable bringing your dog without a lot of distractions.
