Please wear appropriate footwear for wet conditions. Located just on city limits north of the Hart, this is an 18 minute drive from downtown PG. Cameras located on the property for safety and security. Fences are not intended to restrain dogs, so dogs must be trusted on recall. Please arrive in adequate footwear as it can be wet. There are active hay fields so grass will be long at certain times of year. Dress appropriately if you don’t like itchy legs ;) I offer mosquito repellent in case you wish to visit the pond. Message me for directions to the pond if you’re unsure from looking at google satellite views. Feel free to also message me for a more detailed overview/map of the 156 acres. In the winter, we will have trails “groomed” for boot/snow shoe access depending on the conditions.
IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. Welcome to "The Pipeline", a field, bush and forested area with a stream, pond and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter and through the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay to the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow along, or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes, so have to watch for that.

*SECURITY UPDATE* Due to recent threats from a troubled Sniffspot guest, who was upset about the requirement to follow the time slot rules that protect our guests from unanticipated encounters with other dogs and people, we will now be installing cameras to monitor our property. *Important: All Prices are in USD* *Please look at the pictures of the main gate before deciding if this spot is secure enough for your dog* *SPRING UPDATE* The entrance gate to the Sniffspot in the spring does get muddy and with the saturated soil does hold standing water at times. Please do not park in the standing water. The Sniffspot area is located at the back of my property. Where there is a 6 foot tall fence so that dogs are secure even in the winter with a few feet of snow on the ground. I just recently set this up as family friends recommended I try it, so please be patient as I improve things to make it more guest friendly. Hope your four legged friends enjoy it as much as my dogs do.
