Nice quiet, large backyard that kept my two dogs entertained for the hour. yard does have steep terracing that could be hard on older dogs. It had a nice seating area, and bin for dog poop.

Tons of room for my dog to run and explore! Fence totally enclosed. A couple areas where a big dog may be able to jump over but not at all an issue unless dog is a big jumper. We will be back!

Huge space right in the city! There was also decent street parking around so it was easy to get in and out. Definitely a bit hilly but good exercise for the pup. My dog loved having such a big space to run around in without having to worry about triggers! Apparently there is a neighbor’s dog that sometimes hangs out on the balcony so just an fyi if your dog is super reactive. We didn’t end up encountering him so it was fine but would’ve also been good opportunity to practice disengagement. Overall had a great time and will be back!

Great sniff spot! Huge amount of space to run around, especially in such a central location. A little steep and rocky so it’s important to be sure-footed.

We had an amazing time playing with our pups. The yard was clean and plenty of space for them to roam around and sniff! We played fetch and within the hour - we were all exhausted! Great location. Lovely views!

Another fun visit, there were some new critter holes that my dog enjoyed stuffing her nose into. Note that we did peek into the corner where the old structure had been removed and I did see glass there as well, but we didn't go down into the area. I've attached a picture of the spots where I saw it - it was flat plate-style, non-tempered pieces.

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

Are dog parks safe?
