Welcome to our private beach on the Buffalo River - the ultimate summer SniffSpot! The river is slow moving, clear, shallow and all sand. It is about 1-2 feet deep near our beach, and deeper on the opposite side of the river. In heavy rain, it ebbs and flows in depths. It is a very safe place to wade, play fetch, dig in the sand, teach dogs about water or just hang out on a warm day. You will park and walk to the beach on mowed trails through our woods about 600 feet to the beach. It is completely secluded on a beautiful bend in the river where you will be surrounded by woods. The SniffSpot availability is limited to the beach only, and not the rest of our property.

Let your dog run wild and free—this is a dream spot for pups who love nature and adventure! Our property features wide-open space with fields, trails, woods, and even a lake and beach area for water-loving dogs to splash and explore. Whether your pup likes long grass to bound through, short grass for zoomies, or even mud and sand for digging, there’s something here for every type of dog. You’ll also find wetlands, chances to spot farm animals and wild animals, and plenty of scenic views to enjoy during your visit. There’s a hydrant by the windmill tower for fresh water (just bring a bowl!), and a designated digging area where your dog can go wild without guilt. We have both a fenced area and unfenced areas, it’s large and open—perfect for dogs with strong recall or hunting breeds used to off-leash roaming. For humans, we’ve got off-street parking and plenty of peaceful surroundings to take in while your dog gets their energy out. If your pup loves water, open space, and new smells, this spot will definitely be a favorite. Come visit and let them explore it all!

Private 1 acre backyard with 1/4 acre pond and beach area for swimming and fully fenced 1 acre front yard for playing. To keep pond clean and swimmable we use manual removal of seaweed and leaves, beneficial bacteria, barley straw, pond dye and two aerators. Setback off road in the woods for peace and quiet, no neighbors or any other people.

Our property is a little bit country- situated down a dirt road close to Gateway and the airport. The dirt road is bumpy, so please be cautious. There is a lovely, gator-free pond for your dogs to enjoy and 2.5 acres of fenced in land to run and explore.

Flat fields, hills, grassy lake land, waterfront. We are Open 5am until Midnight in the field. We also rent our riding arena which is fully enclosed. Its sniffspot Sauvie Island Spot 2 and it open 5am to 10pm

3 acres of open lawn, big enough for dogs who love playing frisbee or chasing a ball. There is also a 1 acre pond, perfect for swimmers.
