Description

Duncan’s Dog park is located in the outskirts of Anahuac, Tx. 30 acres of clean and fresh air. 4 acres of fully fenced yard area, along with a quarter of an acre natural water pond. Here your dog will find everything it needs to unwind and burn a lot of energy. While you enjoy a good book or just enjoy the view and time with your furry friend. The back of the property offers 26 acres of wooded area, where there’s 3 walking/hiking trails that cover over a mile. With wildlife view and water front at the end of one of the trail. You will find everything you need to connect with nature while spending time with your dog.

Hello, my name is Louis Duncan. My wife and me own 30 acres of land in the outskirts of Anahuac, Tx. We love the outdoors and we would love to be able to share our beautiful property with you and your pups! We are animal lovers. And we are 100% positive that you and your furry friend will enjoy 4 acres of fenced up area with a natural water pond to run and swim around. Also we have 26 acres with over a mile of hiking trails. Where you can enjoy nature and breath fresh air while you and your dog get some exercise done. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

The Back 40

When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!
