My dog will be kept in the house unless a prior play date is arranged. She may bark a little and whine but shouldn’t really be audible or visible. My neighbors own a friendly cockerspaniel who likes to visit through the fence when she goes out occasionally.

Hi neighbors! My name is Jack and my husband's name is Parker. We live in a bungalow in the Darlington neighborhood and have a fully fenced in back yard. We adore dogs and have a friendly 3 year old black lab/pitt mix who loves to play. She basically lives in our back yard and we're known a bit as the unofficial neighborhood dog park. Well, I finally decided to make it official via Snoffspot! If you want a space to play fetch and let your dog explore and sniff, this is a great option. If you're interested in 1-1 playdates we would be happy to do a meet and greet and see if that would work out as long as we are available. Some notes: - No pesticides or toxic chemicals are ever used on the lawn. - We love to garden casually but don't really care if things get destroyed. Having said that please be as respectful to the property as your dog will allow. We certainly understand they don't always listen. - The gate latches firmly, but it's not always obvious when it's closed. Please triple check that the gate is locked before you unleash your dog to avoid any escapes. - Weather permitting, we have a little dog pool! If your dog loves swimming or romping, we can fill that up weather permitting. Two important caveats about the yard/house: - We have one set of neighbors who own a very friendly cockerspaniel. If your dog is dog reactive, it might not be a good fit. However, my older, fairly aggressive dog loved to say hi and play through the fence as long as he felt safe. I will leave this up to you, and if doesn't work out, I'm happy to refund. - We own a dog ourselves! She will remain inside and isn't really a barker, but might also make herself known if she's desperate for play. Again, if you would like to explore the possibility of playdates, we are very open to that! But would want to do a no-cost meet and greet before hand.
Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! We took lots of pictures and will continue to add them. We want you to know as much as possible about the site before you come here for your visit. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve.
This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup.
We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book no later than 5pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Also a great spot for birthday parties. If interested in a doggy birthday party. Please message me for details.
We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. If you wish to bring a friend with his or her dogs, you can add them as an extra. *WET SEASON STARTS IN MARCH* *TICK SEASON GOES FROM MID APRIL TO END OF MAY* Thank you
Welcome! We are excited to share our yard with you and your dog! This is a 0.25 acre rectangle of flat land with lush cut grass. Bring your dog(s) to run, play or train. We provide dog water, a few toys, shelter and shade. There are cable spools, weave poles, a tunnel and a jump for your dog to use for confidence building and exercise! ❄️ During the winter months, please plan to bring water for your dog. There will be a bowl available for use, but any water left out will just freeze 🥶 FYI: we do live in a rural area, during hunting season you may hear gun shots in the distance. 🔥 propane heater now available for use in the fall and winter (out during milder weather as the tank freezes in severely cold weather). Please just turn it off when not in use to conserve propane
There are picnic tables for owners to sit at and a lot of room for dogs to explore!
This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.
Wonderful half acre all fenced, mowed regularly no hazards. Would be great to bring along any training implements. Trash available at back side of building.
