Description

Hotametaneo’o Ranch is located just 1.5 miles from the CAHUILLA Casino Hotel and Ribbonwood Grill. Currently, we are in our Grand Opening Weekend Phase. Become a Founding Partner and receive exclusive access and more fun opportunities as we expand. Campsites are available for Tents, and Cabins will be available for Dog-day events and Glamping. 3 Commercial Greenhouses with no chemicals present are available for off leash players. Soon, those will be wrapped and possibly heated/ac for rainy day play. Come pick a dog park area and lease unlimited perimeter walking access times and three hours of fun in a private dog park for 1 year at a Holiday Special Price of $555.00 (also known as a triple nickel.). Founding Partners will also have bathroom access and access to a TV lounge with a deck. Food, Water, and Drinks (Soda) is available as well. A Children’s park is being constructed as an added architectural attraction for families with children and dogs. Also, a Drive-In Theatre is planned. Moreover an outdoor Greek Style Theatre is being constructed for completion before Spring. Each Campground will have a unique theme. For example, “Lion King Campground” has a natural Rock Formation similar to that of the movie Lion King where the Lions look over the valley. A Japanese theme will also be added. Much of the tree are in the rear of the property is being replanted as an Orchard for Apple, Pear, and other trees. Pick your size private dog Park and property location. Remember, first come first serve. Turkey Burgers are available for free. Donations are appreciated. Sodas will be made available as well as “Boxed Water.” The property has an “ artesian well water supply system.” The property is planned to have electricity, water and have multiple outdoor doggie baths before the Holidays in December. Multiple levels of membership exists and SniffSpot is currently our primary outreach App. Founding Partners, Founding Associates, Founding Members, and Founding Bespoke Level Partners are all welcome on the property starting this weekend. The fencing concepts and landscape architecture concepts and drawings will be available to view on Facebook soon.

A 24 hour reservation is requested. However, if I am here, or someone can open the gate, I will definitely allow you and you dog/dogs to play! I would like to respectfully request no smoking on the property and no vaping either. No alcohol unless you’re camping overnight or have a designated driver. Please use trash bins and curb your dogs. No unringed fires and do not remove the wood. Threat this property as your own. We have decided to share this property to help our K-9 community and families! "This field is huge! My dogs had an amazing time running around and exploring 😍 There is shade under the trees, and the part that wasn't fenced in wasn't an issue for us. If your dogs don't have solid recall, stick to the fenced side. The whole place is so big, you shouldn't have a problem getting a good amount of walking/running in, without coming too close to the un-fenced side. I walked around for about 2 miles, and I'm guessing my dogs probably did twice that 😆 The host was nice and allowed extra time, because I took a wrong turn coming there and was late to my booked time. We will definitely be back."
