The property is 3 acres. 2 of the 3 is a open field. There is 2 fenced in spots approximately 32x32 each. We have a blue healer and 4 goats on site that we move around periodically. The Blue healer can be moved across the road to where we live if needed. It's a nice secluded location.

The property consists of two properties at the end of a private drive at the end of a deadend street which is adjacent to a huge forest (>1000+ acres) which is bordered by the property, railroad tracks, Tanyard Creek and Lake Allatoona to the north so it is very secluded and private and you can let your dogs run as much as they want. There is a hiking trail which could easily take you >30 minutes to the complete which we have marked. There is plenty of parking between the two homes. Please keep your dogs leashed while in the parking lot, but once you enter the forest, you can let your dogs run.
