Mostly flat terrain for easier walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots,ground is uneven in areas. Clearing by the cabin and back trails are muddy after the rain. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Pretty private. Mostly audible distractions. You might see a car driving past. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up in the tail. Springs for your dogs to drink from.
