For pool use for 1 hour, select this "Extra" for your visit. 5 dogs and 5 people (to assist your dog) are permitted in the pool at the same time. Towels available at the pool for dogs. Please hang them on the pool fence when you are done. Humans should bring their own towels.

Host Rules
The pool is closed for the winter! Please be sure to close the gate when you come in and when you leave. The house is near a busy road, so you want to ensure your dog is safe while visiting and my dogs are safe once you leave! There are ducks in a pen in the yard. Any aggression towards the ducks will result in being asked to leave. The ducks will be in a coop that is "critter proof" and surrounded by an approximate 4ft fence made from wood and hardware cloth as an additional barrier during your visits. Please, please do not allow your dog to urinate on anything "man made" that I will have to pick up later - chairs, tables, pots, planters, etc. Basically, if you would not want your dog to pee in it at your house, please do not allow it here.

Welcome to our Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. (please note, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space) Looking forward to adding amenities, play options and operational improvements as the season progresses .

Looking for the perfect escape with your furry companion? Our 11-acre property offers the ideal setting for you and your dogs to explore, unwind, and enjoy the great outdoors. Surrounded by scenic views and wide-open spaces, it’s a natural haven for adventurous pups and their humans alike. Winding trails weave through the land, providing plenty of room to roam. Most guests spend about an hour here—walking the 20–30 minute trail loops and then relaxing by the water or letting their dogs play. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh air, peaceful nature, and some quality time with your four-legged friend. We’re always working to enhance the experience, and we plan to add even more trail options this summer—so there will be more to discover on your next visit! A few quick notes: the trails can get muddy during rainy or winter months, so we recommend wearing boots. The pond is not maintained, and guests who choose to enter the water do so at their own risk. We’re also continuing to mark property lines and add signage to help everyone feel comfortable and informed during their visit.
