Welcome! This is an approximately 2000sq ft fenced in backyard in the heart of East Austin. Our dogs have a great time running around and splashing with friends here every day. This is their personal dog park— please treat it with lots of love! 🥰 This space features an assortment of water activities on site, plus lots of tennis balls for nonstop fetch and zoomies. I will always attempt to refill the pool with refreshing cold water immediately prior to your visit any time I’m at the home! Otherwise, please feel free to dump the pools on the Astroturf (it will soak up the excess water and prevent mud) and use the hose to refill/play! 😎🙌 Please bring your own towel if you anticipate a dirty dog on the car ride home 😂 🐶

• Closely monitor small dogs when utilizing splashpads and pool playscapes. • Potential for an occasional stray poop pile— please help us keep our sacred space clean for our next guests so dogs don’t eat 💩 and parents don’t step in it! • I’m not sure specifically what type of plants, trees, nuts, etc. grow around here. If your dog has any allergies, sensitivities, or is prone to scavenging, please keep an extra close eye during play. • Before initiating play, perform a quick run-through of yard to ensure the spot is safe, secure, free of other guests, and compatible for your dog’s visit!

• Please respect the comfort and safety of our East Austin neighbors who may not wish to engage with your dogs for a multitude of reasons. Your dogs MUST remain leashed and curbed en route from the car to the yard. This is mandatory! • Please perform a quick run-through of the yard before allowing your pets off-leash to ensure the spot is safe and compatible for your pack • Dogs bark and that’s totally expected and OK, however: excessive, nonstop, or aggressive barking may disqualify your dog from visits with us in the future. If your dog is a notorious screamer, it may be worth looking into another Sniffspot! 😉

2 Acres Right on the River in East Cental Austin

We have a beautiful 2 acre spot right on the Colorado River here in East Central Austin. Our dog is living her best life here, and we thought, “hey this could be a great place for people To bring their dogs!” And we are here for it! You can walk the the perimeter of the property, which is a perfect 400 meters(1 track lap). Part of the trail is all along the Colorado River, lined with beautiful tall trees. Sit in the egg chairs or hammock in the trees or enjoy the ample yard art everywhere and there is seating everywhere! We are always looking to make this experience the best it can be and your next fav spot to bring furry friend. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Fully fenced except the driveway which does not have a gate. Feel free to park on the driveway!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
