Description

Roughly 5 acres in total. 3+ acres of woods with trails and another 1-1.5 acres of mowed lawn. Besides my own dog (Husky), There are chickens near the house in their fenced area. Plus several outdoor barn cats around the house and garage. Feel free to stop by (with prior notice) to walk the property with me before scheduling a visit with your pet.

Enjoy the beauty of our 75 acre farm with your dog! Our walking path is approximately 6 ft wide and borders the exterior of our pasture-based farm. Most of the path has a 6 wire electric fence beside it for our cattle. There are two creeks with bridges that you can cross (with potential wet puddles). The entire farm is approximately a 35-40 minute walk depending on your pace, but you can always turn around for a shorter walk. Plenty of area for your dog to sniff and enjoy on a private walk! This sniffspot does require you to have your dog leashed at all times.
