Description

5 minute mulched bluff trail down to private beach access. You might not see another soul while you walk a mile in each direction on beautiful Lake Michigan sandy beach. One of a kind destination for humans and dogs alike!

HOST NOTE

Lake Michigan beach hazards when weather is rough. Bluff walk is a switchback trail with moderate difficulty (5 min from bluff to beach) for those not in shape.

Additional rules

Check with homeowner first to coordinate with AirBnB schedule. Non-summer availability only (Sept-May). Bluff walk is moderate difficulty but a private sandy beach walk awaits. Some steps are narrow and sloped on the trail because bluff constantly shifts with weather. These are maintained annually but can move in the interim.

Our 100 acre farm has been in the family for over 30 years. We have put a lot of time and effort into the property. And we would love to share it with you and your fur family to. The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials. We hope to see you out and about enjoying it just as much as we do with all of our animals. ****Notes**** Happy SPRING🌸🌷Please keep the weather in mind. All of our trails are in the woods. We HIGHLY recommend if the wind is Above 15 mph to reschedule. (You can cancel and get your money back-we understand) We just don’t want you or your pet getting hurt if anything were to happen in the winter woods. One other thing. Don’t forget bring those Boots. 🥾 All of our trails are usually dry. But if you do come after it rains it could be a little muddy. There could also be some sticks on the trails if it happens to be super windy the day before and we can’t always get them cleaned up right away-we do apologize in advance 😊💪 Last but not least the Porter John is gone until we have Dry Weather ☔️🥶 Thank you for checking out our spot!!
