Welcome to our Sniffspot, located on our family ranch! Our 2.5 acre spot is fenced and offers plenty of room for your furry friend to run, play, and explore. With a mix of natural areas and cleared park-like spaces, your dog will have endless opportunities to sniff and discover new sights and smells. Our shaded seating areas provide the perfect spot for you to relax and watch your pup have a blast. And don't worry about bringing water - we've got you covered with a dedicated dog drinking water station. Our spot is also drive-on, making it easy for you to bring your pup and all their gear. Dogtopia has a spacious indoor playroom for your pup to run and play! Our playrooms are fully climate controlled and perfect for getting play out regardless of weather.
Come enjoy 26 acres of open field lined with some natural pasture and natural shaded area. Park is fully fenced and has dog water available. During the warm growing season, around 9 acres of the field is cultivated and planted with seed crops (sorghum and sunflowers). This area can be closed off if you don’t want to lose your pals in the tall crops. Attention Dog Trainers! This park provides excellent training opportunities for all sorts of disciplines including bird dogging when the seed crops are coming in. I’ll keep some paths mowed for the humans to hike around on. We are on 1 acre in Spring Branch just north of San Antonio. Plenty of parking, 1/2 acre is fully fenced. The property is flat with a lot of oak trees for shade. Water accessible. We would love to offer this yard for anyone that wants to play fetch or just let near pups run and be free for a bit.
