You may occasionally hear a muffled bark from my dogs if we’re home, though they are not visible from the patio. Being in the city, you might also hear other dogs or general street noise, but no other dogs or people can be seen from the space. Since the area is enclosed by buildings, you may occasionally see someone open a curtain in a window, though this is uncommon. All windows are at least 8 feet above ground level, except for two with obscure glass block, which only allow a distorted view like you'd see in a bathroom. There are 2 more windows low to the ground but those are ours and are always closed with shades down.
