There are toys, water, a picnic table in the shade of trees and beautiful views of the front range mountains. There are hawks that fly around and there is an occasional coyote but it has been a while since I have seen or heard one. They are usually out at night.

This is a fully fenced backyard with some space to run, sniff, and play. My dog, a mini bernedoodble, enjoys it when we are home but this will be fully private for you during bookings. The yard includes grassy areas, a concrete patio, and seasonally includes leaves or apples fallen from our trees. All plants and fruit are verified to be non-toxic to dogs. This spot may be best for small to medium dogs, but all dogs are welcome. There is a patio table with chairs and small trash can available with poop bags nearby. The patio is mostly in shade by the afternoon, while sun stays in much of the grassy area through early afternoon. The hose is off for the winter but will be back in the spring!

In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc. Several seating areas are provided, along with a picnic table.
