After opening the gate under the JP LONGSTOCK RANCH sign, and shutting it behind your vehicle- you can park next to the shed and let your dog run free in the very secure and spacious ranch hillside. The spot consists of 3 acres fully fenced with a shed and picnic table offering a rustic ranch experience with views of the huge almost 100 year old historical barn where the Buffalo Soldiers once kept their horses. Now used as a breeding and riding ranch, you will likely see the unique leopard spotted Appaloosa X Friesian horses in their paddocks or turned out enjoying kicking up their heels (sometimes with their babies) in the nearby arena. The shed has electrity, free Wi-Fi, privacy, drinking water for you and your companion(s), fire pit, colorful picnic bench, couch, chairs, and table stocked with puzzles and old school games. The area is large and wide open for your pups to play and run with some large trees, a kiddy pool and horse shoe pit. Enjoy the spectacular desert mountain views surrounding the rustic charming ranch. We offer rock painting, using our metal detector to discover old treasures left by the soldiers, tours of the barn and meeting the horses all at a small additional cost if you choose to add some extra entertainment. If not, just enjoy your time with your pet(s) and make yourself at home. The vibe here is very laid back, clean and welcoming. Our yard provides a mixture of terrain including turf, grass, DG, mulch & rocks! Along with lots of space for play, you have the ability to add on our top deck which includes a refreshing pool & a hill the pups love to run up! Hi! My husband and I have a home on a third of acre on a small quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of La Mesa. The backyard is very large and is terraced, so it’s great for exercising dogs or sniffing around (lots of great smells). There are also many fruit trees you are welcome to (orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and fig). We also have a pergola with 4 chairs and a fire pit. Lots of shade is provided by our pecan and jacaranda trees most of the year. The backyard ground is a mixture of brick pavers, gravel, and mulch. We have several hoses throughout the yard that you’re welcome to use as much as you want. There is an empty koi pond that can be used as a splash pool for dogs too with our hoses. We also have outdoor electrical outlets and strong WiFi if needed. It’s a hillside home so there are great views of Mt. Helix and even the ocean on clear days. It’s a wonderful quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

Welcome to our fully fenced area! We have lots of shade under the tree and patio. There is street parking available and side gate access. Access to sprinklers is available as well. There is no visibility to the neighbors’ backyards or into our house, so you’ll have privacy. There is a good sized digging area available in the back corner by the tree- where there is dirt and leaves instead of grass. The main light at night is a motion sensor, so walk towards the patio if it happens to turn off. Any other questions, feel free to reach out!

Now used as a breeding and riding ranch, you will likely see the unique leopard spotted Appaloosa X Friesian horses in their paddocks or turned out enjoying kicking up their heels (sometimes with their babies) in the nearby arena. The shed has electrity, free Wi-Fi, privacy, drinking water for you and your companion(s), fire pit, colorful picnic bench, couch, chairs, and table stocked with puzzles and old school games. The area is large and wide open for your pups to play and run with some large trees, a kiddy pool and horse shoe pit. Enjoy the spectacular desert mountain views surrounding the rustic charming ranch. We offer rock painting, using our metal detector to discover old treasures left by the soldiers, tours of the barn and meeting the horses all at a small additional cost if you choose to add some extra entertainment. If not, just enjoy your time with your pet(s) and make yourself at home. The vibe here is very laid back, clean and welcoming. Hi! My husband and I have a home on a third of acre on a small quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of La Mesa. The backyard is very large and is terraced, so it’s great for exercising dogs or sniffing around (lots of great smells). There are also many fruit trees you are welcome to (orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and fig). We also have a pergola with 4 chairs and a fire pit. Lots of shade is provided by our pecan and jacaranda trees most of the year. The backyard ground is a mixture of brick pavers, gravel, and mulch. We have several hoses throughout the yard that you’re welcome to use as much as you want. There is an empty koi pond that can be used as a splash pool for dogs too with our hoses. We also have outdoor electrical outlets and strong WiFi if needed. It’s a hillside home so there are great views of Mt. Helix and even the ocean on clear days. It’s a wonderful quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

Welcome to our fully fenced area! We have lots of shade under the tree and patio. There is street parking available and side gate access. Access to sprinklers is available as well. There is no visibility to the neighbors’ backyards or into our house, so you’ll have privacy. There is a good sized digging area available in the back corner by the tree- where there is dirt and leaves instead of grass. The main light at night is a motion sensor, so walk towards the patio if it happens to turn off. Any other questions, feel free to reach out!
