My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.

Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We own two dogs who love the yard, and one is extremely friendly and would love a playdate if you so desire. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!

Features: Fully fenced with 8-foot fencing on three sides and 6-foot fencing (with privacy slats) for extra security and privacy. Tons of smells and things to explore! Your dog will love sniffing around! Dog toys available throughout the yard, your pup is welcome to enjoy them! A large L-shaped outdoor couch provides plenty of comfy seating for dog parents. Power extension cord near the couch for phone charging or laptops. Fresh water always available for dogs. Hose access for water play or rinsing off muddy paws. I also board dogs through Rover, so this space is dog-approved and well loved by regular canine guests! Your pup will feel right at home. Please note: There is a pigeon coop on-site that is securely dog-proofed. However, we kindly ask that owners supervise their dogs near it to ensure it stays safe and undisturbed.

Hello! We’re Kate and Bethany, and this is our yard. We have 2 wonderful but reactive dogs and we’d love to help someone else with a reactive bud(s) have space to play and train. The fence is chain link and 5ft high, our girls haven’t cleared it yet! We are looking into privacy screening for the fence but until then it is a great spot to practice with reactivity as there’s distractions but also you can control the distance of those distractions. Our yard is available mostly during our work hours so our dogs are in the house, they may bark, but then should settle. Feel free to hang on our front porch on the bench/shade.
