Description

The newest social spot for dogs is right here! With 2 acres of pet friendly space, this is the perfect place for your next puppy party or gathering. There's a little pond, a large porch for relaxing in the shade, and plenty of room for your pets to explore. We're nested deep in the woods and far from the main road so there's no worries about traffic or humans. At night it's peaceful and quiet and very well lit. Perfect for cookouts and pet owner groups social events. Best of all, we never run out of water, there's a well on the property. RVs and tents are welcome for overnight retreats. Cake and ice cream provided for puppy parties. **Coming soon** I am having the property fully fenced in June.

Hazards

We are in the middle of the woods and a few miles from the Brazos river so it's not uncommon to get a few wildlife visitors from time to time. Please do not allow your pets near the area if you notice something strange but instead, let me know immediately and I will take care of it immediately as humanely as I can. The different types of trees and bushes can sometimes be dangerous. There can be poison ivy or poison oak among them. I advise only the experienced nature lovers allowed to explore independently . Know the difference, carry water and keep your phone charged and on and always carry a flashlight. Please make sure to bring up to date vaccination proof. If you have aggressive or socializing issues with your pets please let me know during the booking, there are potty bags and party bags, please help yourself to both. If you do not disclose that you have a biter and your dog bites another guest, you are 100% responsible. 24 hours notice required for cancellation A deposit may be required for parties and overnight retreats and events.
