IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD To bring your dog(s) for a visit to 4.Seasons K9 play space please ensure you are able to provide vet documentation showing that within the your dog has received their booster rabies vaccination within the last three years as well as their essential/core vaccine(provides protection against: distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus, and parainfluenza). Also it is mandatory to wait 14 days after your dog was vaccinated prior to visiting. Additionally it is preferred if you would vaccinate your dog against Bordetella bronchiseptica (kennel cough) and use a Flea & Tick Prevention. YOUR DOG IS NOT ALLOWED TO VISIT UNTIL YOU CAN PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF THE ABOVE. ** Outdoor chimenea fireplace can not be used due to the fire ban currently in place.** Variety of Interactive Dog Toys + Secure Off-leash Adventure & Discovery Space = SAFE enjoyable off-leash, outdoor exercise play utopia for your K9. Whether you need a space to kickstart off-leash training, unleash your dogs energy, add some excitement to their daily routine, or simply time to bond with your dog(s), our space is the perfect! 4.Seasons K9 is a well kept and securely fenced outdoor green-space for off-leash adventure and discovery play that will tire out your four legged companion(s) in the best way possible. *A Reservation is required to visit *The entire space will be exclusively reserved for only you and your four legged companion(s), no other people or dogs will be in the space with you during your reservation. *Outdoor fireplace, propane BBQ(cleaned after each use), seating area, water bowl & lots of interactive dog toys available for use free of charge 4.Seasons is located in Bridgeland close to the Bridgeland Riverside Off-Leash Dog Area and we are an extremely short walk from the Bow River & RiverWalk Pathways. Smoking is permitted(provided you take your butts/roaches with you).

Hazards

HOST NOTE

A short distance from the entrance on the left side of the cement pathway there is two air exhaust vents coming out of the side of the house. One vent is for the furnace and the other is for the dryer. Additionally on the opposite side of the yard next to the patio near the BBQ there is another air exhaust ventilation system this one is for the gas fireplace. None of these vents are next to the grass play area nor does their location present a high probability of being accidentally touch by a dog while off-leash. I only mention it as these vents may pose a potential hazard for a child whom may not know these vents as with any such exhaust vents could be extremely hot and at no time should they ever be touched. Even when no air appears to be coming out it is possible for these vents to be extremely hot.

Please bring some of your dog’s favourite treats (no treats will be provided) to place in the six different puzzles awaiting your dog’s solving skills during your visit! **We kindly ask that you supervise your dog while they use the puzzles. If any puzzles are chewed or damaged to the extent that other guests can’t enjoy them, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement.**

A unopened pack of three tennis balls (that you can take home with you) will be waiting for your dog(s).

TREAT BALLS (RENTAL)2.25 credits

Please bring some of your dog’s favourite dry treats (no treats will be provided, and please avoid peanut butter or any substances that can’t be easily shaken out) to fill the three treat balls that will be available for your dog to using during your visit. **We kindly ask that you supervise your dog(s) while they use the treat balls. If any of the balls are returned damaged to the point that they cannot be enjoyed by other guests, you will be responsible for the replacement cost.**

Ahoy hoy! Great to see you! My name is Miles, and I am privileged to be able to share my this space with you. For the time being, it’s just Lunchbox and I. Lunchbox is my cat. Curious as he may be, he has never had much interest in going outdoors he is strictly an indoor kind of Gent. Also he is update on all his vaccinations. In the past I’ve been blessed to have many unforgettable friends of all breeds and sizes. My keen and attentive German Shepard ‘Knight’; Deer Mexican Chihuahua, ‘Peetree’, even the immortal Chinese Crested himself ‘Hoss’ the Boss. Needless to say, animals have a very special place in my heart, and their happiness is non-negotiable. I am certain you’ll all agree that it is their unique personalities, styles and preferences that make them so precious to us all. No two are ever the same. Since you know them better than anyone else, It is your comments, opinions, thoughts and suggestions that will assist me in making sure that this can be a spot for everybody to enjoy. It's a beautiful spot to play ball, relax in the sun, or play in the trees. It is close to the highway (Glenmore Trail) so monitoring is necessary. We have two little barn cats that may come out for pets. There’s a shop at the entrance of the property that’s open from Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00. If you have a reactive dog, you may want to avoid these times. Please clean up your dog poop, that's my only request.
