The .36 acre yard is fully fenced in with several access gates. There’s trash cans outside the gate for poop bag disposal, poop bags available for use, table/chairs/umbrella for relaxing, and kid toys such as sand box, trampoline and soccer net available for use. I run a pet sitting business out of my home and frequently have other friendly playful dogs over. I can keep them in, or I can let them out for extra play time and exercise. The yard is maintained weekly, and no weed killer, fertilizer, or pesticides of any type are used.

The water spigot is on the deck. Our requests: 1) Street parking only. Please do not park in the driveway. 2) Pick up your dog's 💩. Pooper scooper and small trash can is provided 🚮 3) No digging anywhere, even if it appears to be bare or an available hole. 4) No smoking 🚭 Be sure to walk all the way to the back fence to see our Heritage "Grandmother" Oak Tree that's over 200 years old!
