We have 2 acres of partially fenced land. Driving up to our home you can park in the designated parking area to the left. There is a pathway that leads to the top of our hill, that provides gorgeous views and a wide open space for your pup to run free. It is secluded with giant trees surrounding the perimeter. We had a sheepdog Brutus,who loved taking walks through our property and loved sitting on the hill overlooking the land. He passed away this last year and is greatly missed. We love the idea of honoring him by opening up his favorite playground to new friends. We have 3 chickens safe in their pen. And we have 6 cats tucked safe in our home. The other side is just a flat piece of land, don't mind the vehicles park on the property they are just stored. The land has holes and uneven pieces so be careful when you walk around It is partially fence so I wouldn't recommend it if your dog likes to run away or like to explore. Fully fenced yard for your dog to play in! Flat with mostly grass, but plenty of bushes and a couple of trees to keep things interesting. The yard is long and narrow so its great for fetch and getting some zoomies out! Most of the fence is wood but one side of the yard is chainlink fence, so the neighbors can sometimes be seen through that fence. The neighbor next door on the long wood fence side has a dog an a chicken coop, so you can occasionally hear them. We have a dog, so your dog will have lots to sniff at around the yard. Feel free to sit on the covered deck while your dog explores. There are also some plastic hurdles if you want to try some agility training with your dog!

I have three dogs, two under 20lbs and a 60lb black lab but they will be inside the house at all time during your stay (unless you want a play buddy!). You do not have to pick up after your dog but if you do, you can throw it away at the provided trash can. Feel free to reach out with any questions! We have one Sniffspot pasture. The totally secure fully fenced Sniffspot pasture is on your left as you come up the driveway. Enter through the gate next to the American Flag. Be aware of the Alpaca in the separate fenced pasture above the Sniffspot pasture. There is also a hose at the bottom of the stairs on the north side of the building to rinse off your pup's paws if needed. High Rock Meadow

High Rock Meadow is a 4-acre securely-fenced natural meadow, surrounded by forest. Please note that this is NOT a manicured lawn space; it is a sloping meadow with uneven footing and heavy ground cover. You can explore a network of walking trails that wind through the perimeter forest, while your dogs romp in the meadow and zoom along the trails. Due to the forest canopy, on hot days it stays cool, and on wet days, it stays relatively dry, making nearly every day the perfect day to visit. There is no end to sniffing material in this 4-acre playground! The terrain in this spot is uneven and sloping, with some steep areas on the trails and possible muddy areas. Sturdy shoes or boots are recommended. Those with mobility challenges may have difficulty moving about in this spot. We are located in a rural neighborhood and there are times when neighbors practice shooting. There is really no way to anticipate this, but If you visit and the shooting practice is going on and you need to leave early, please notify me for a discount if you'd like to try us again.
