Nine acre wooded lot with about two acres fully fenced. There are three separate fenced in areas which allow separation of small and large dogs if needed. Private and away from the main road. Offers shade during some parts of the day. Water bowl/hose available. (No restrooms available. No poop station so please use your own bags and discard of dog poop in trash can at front gate.) Swim, Run & Play on 1 Acre Fully Fenced Yard w/ Salt water Pool In Sharpsburg

Fenced yard $10 an hour Use of pool $25 an hour Before booking, please send message to confirm availability. You will not be able to enter the property without speaking to Owner first. We must be here to bring our dogs and cats indoors and unlock the gate for entrance. There will be iced bottled water for you and freshwater for your pups. We have patio umbrellas, a Bluetooth speaker, a high velocity fan with outlets for your use. 😊🐾

Quiet country stopover

Located conveniently off the highway but back far enough to breathe away from traffic. The trail is an open space with hills that carves around 4 acres for short or long walks. Open space, so recall or leash is a must :) There is a small area that's fenced in if needed as well that you are welcome to, but let me know ahead of time so i cam ensure its escape proof. I only do one booking at a time, so feel safe knowing you and your pup have an exclusive space :) There are no farm animals accessible during your visit. The chickens will be in their concrete coop for safety and the horses have moved to better pastures.
