**Rules for the Private Dog Park:**
1. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses.
2. Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately and dispose of waste properly.
3. Dogs must be under voice control or on a leash at all times, unless in designated off-leash areas.
4. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Owners must intervene if their dog shows signs of aggression.
5. Dogs must be supervised by their owners at all times.
6. No human or dog food allowed in the park to prevent resource guarding and potential fights.
7. Limit the number of dogs per owner to ensure manageable interactions and prevent overcrowding.
8. Dogs in heat are not permitted in the park.
9. Puppies under a certain age (e.g., 4 months) may require separate play areas for their safety.
10. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs.
11. No excessive barking or noise allowed.
12. Respect other park users and their dogs; ask before approaching or interacting with unfamiliar dogs.
13. Owners must have a plan in place in case of emergencies, including first aid kits and contact information for local veterinary services.
14. Use of toys and equipment is permitted but must be shared and not cause conflicts among dogs.
15. Keep gates closed at all times to prevent escapes.
16. The owner of the private dog park is not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents that occur within the park. Park users enter and use the facility at their own risk.
