Description

Over 1 acre of pasture and field area- fully fenced with 6-8ft view friendly fencing. Located in the quiet, serene country of Orange County. Surrounded by Duke Forest and Triangle Land Conservancy forest on either side. Immediately adjacent to Brumley Forest south lot which contains over 600+ acres with trails for additional activities. Outside faucet with clean, potable water available along with several kiddie pools, benches, and playground equipment for the two-legged kids. We are out in the country so bug spray is always recommended. We are a Safe Space property. Please reach out with any questions or for additional information.

I have a 9 foot privacy fence surrounding most of the yard, which can be latched but is never locked. I have grassy, gravelly, and mulchy areas for the pups and a seating area for the humans. There is also a hose for filling water bowls and toys in the yard or shed. There are no resident dogs, only curious (indoor only) kitties who may peep at you. Sometimes we dog sit, but we will be extremely conscientious to not allow the dogs near each other. Let me know if you have questions 😊
