There are no known holes in the fence, but turtles sometimes push their way underneath it into the yard from the creek behind it. I doubt a dog could escape, but I would not recommend this yard for very tiny, purse sized dogs just in case....

Description

Chain-link fence around the entire backyard with a small gate that closes tightly. there are four small raised bed garden plots that are not currently in use. Plenty of grass, please keep dogs off of the small 10 x 10 deck.

Hazards

Please keep dogs off of the 10 x 10 deck, I do not recommend this yard for very small dogs as they could potentially squeeze beneath the deck and be trapped.

I understand that dogs might bark, especially in an unfamiliar area. However, prolonged excessive barking will disturb me and my neighbors.

Private completely fenced in yard. 1 off street parking spot. No other dogs. Quiet neighborhood. Yard can be muddy after rain. Hose, sprinkler, table & chairs, hammock swing. No more than 2 dogs at one time, please. Parking- there is only 1 designated parking spot.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
