Farmhouse look. Quite, cozy, comfortable, & private property! No fences, however guests can anchor their own zip cords in ground to allow pets to move freely in one of our 3 open areas in the back yard. Near wooded area, but because it’s an open neighborhood, guest will have the visuals and sounds of a calm Nighborhood. Friendly neighbors & open parking in driveway as well as along the street. Home is Located near a great walking route for dogs along a traveled side road when guests want to park in yard and walk pets with a scenery near by! Guests are responsible for their own clean ups, items, valuables, vehicles, and any Damages done to property or other while utilizing the home host “venue”. 704.606.7097

Dog Paradise in Northwest Charlotte

**The pool is closed for the winter** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool. Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Please see the amenities and access instructions portions of our profile for more information! We bought our property specifically for our own dogs to enjoy, so we know yours will love it too. We look forward to having you!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
