🐾 Welcome to Our Sniffspot! 🐾 We’re excited to share our yard with your pup! To keep this a safe and happy place for everyone, please follow these simple rules: ⸻ ✅ General Rules Supervise at All Times: Dogs must be accompanied by their human at all times. No Aggressive Behavior: Please only bring dogs who are friendly or under control. No aggressive dogs allowed. Respect the Time Slot: Arrive and leave within your reserved time to avoid overlap with other guests. Maximum Number of Dogs: [Insert your preferred limit, e.g., “Up to 2 dogs per visit unless otherwise approved.”] ⸻ 💩 Potty & Cleanup Pick Up All Poop: Please scoop and dispose of all dog waste using the provided bags and trash bin. Marking Rules: If your dog marks on furniture or other objects, please rinse it off with water (provided). ⸻ 🐶 Yard & Play Rules No Digging or Destruction: Help keep the yard safe and nice for everyone. Please discourage digging or chewing on plants/furniture. Toys Welcome: You’re welcome to bring your own toys—just be sure to take them with you when you go! Shared Toys & Amenities: If we provide toys, water bowls, or other fun items, please use respectfully and clean up afterward. ⸻ 🧑🤝🧑 Human Guidelines Children Must Be Supervised: Kids are welcome but must be watched closely. 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Waxhaw
Lots of sniffs here as five dogs live on property, horses are along back fence and deer are always meandering around. You can park at the gate, in the driveway; no one will be coming or leaving while you are here. Enter through the small gate to the left, next to the column. This property is the front yard. It is very quiet most of the time, but it is a neighborhood, so you might be here when neighbors are doing yard work. Three things: -I have horses (Oliver and Tot - you will know which one is Tot!), your dogs will most probably bark their heads off! Not a problem, they are pretty much bark proof. -I have five dogs. They will never be outside, ever. However, you may hear them barking. I am always here and will quiet them down as best I can. -fire ants. I do not use chemicals on the lawn, so I “spot” treat the mounds. I use a white ant treatment so you can easily identify. Be mindful of them, and be careful of any I may have missed.

Water with hose available. Trash and poop bags available. Entrance is 80 yards away from residence. Minutes from 485/Lawyers Rd - easy to find, easy to access.
