Description

We have about a quarter acre that is fenced in. The backyard and front yard are fenced into 2 areas. There is plenty of shade, as well as access to the dogs sprinkler and kiddie pool. My dogs will always be inside and/or in their crates inside when other dogs are on site.

My name is Bryanna. I have 2 GSDs that are 2 and 2.5 years old (Odin and Nova) and a cat (Jasper). I purposely bought a house with a fence to be able to safely let my dogs run around in the front and back yard. My dogs are my absolute world. After living in an apartment with 2 working line dogs, I understand how nice it is to avoid a dog park and let your dog play in a fenced area safely.

Peaceful, rural beauty only 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland. 1/5 mile gravel path (grass path next to gravel as well if your dog has sensitive paws) that can be used as a scenic trail. We own and operate a dog boarding business on the property- hence why there are so may blocked off times- but open the yards for Sniffspot during our slower days. We close the kennel dogs in while sniffspot guests are here.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
