Looking for adventure? Want a whole peaceful 7 acres all to yourself? Want unobstructed views of Pike’s Peak and the entire Sangre de Cristino range? It’s all here! 🏔️🏔️🏔️ This beautiful 7 acres is fully fenced in with 4ft fencing. There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. You're welcome to get your doggo a drink, or rinse your doggo off @ the well head spigot near the house. Pics attached to your review are GREATLY appreciated! Thank you to all of my members and customers that have already posted. I plan on starting Insta/TikTok specifically for Valkyrie soon! Have a great time on this adventurous property!! *** DO NOT go through any other gates on property after you’ve parked and start exploring. You must stay with your doggo at all times. Do not let your doggo dig or chew on trees or any live vegetation please 🙏 Number 1 Rule: HAVE FUN!

The most important rule is to have fun! 🤩 ****DO NOT go through any other gates after parking. 1. Stay off of back deck. 2. No digging in dirt. Digging in snow is ok, of course :) 3. No chewing on any live plant/tree. 4. No barking or chasing horses on adjacent property. 5. Place all poop bags in designated gray garbage can - next to well spigot. 6. Do not block garages or any other vehicles parked on property. Thanks! Jessica

Hello! I am so happy to share my little slice of Heaven! I moved to CO in 2020 from Northern CA. I've never lived near such a gorgeous mountain as, Beautiful Pike's Peak. Colorado is very similar to where I'm from. In NorCal, I was surrounded by Farmland, Mountains, Redwoods, and beautiful people - Same as CO! Being a dog owner practically all of my life, I fully understand how happy it makes any owner and doggo to get out in the open air and sun. I literally fenced in my acres so that my Colorado Mountain Dog, Skyline, could roam free and keep the coyotes away! I feel very lucky to have found Sniffspot to share Valkyrie with you and your doggos :) Hope to see you soon, Jessica

Trails and open spaces, rest spots with water/bowls, great views. Parking is inside the fenced area, so easier to load and unload excited pups. Toys also available for play time. 8/16/2025: We’ve just mowed down a thistle patch near the driveway. Rocks and tarps are in place for root “solarization” over the next few weeks. ✅ 100% pet-safe and chemical-free 🐶 Dogs are still welcome to sniff, climb, and roam as usual!

Welcome to our private, open-acre dog park in Peyton! This quiet, rural space offers lots of room for your dog to explore, sniff, and run freely. The area is fenced on the north, south, and west sides with T-post and barbed wire, but the east side is open, so this spot is best for dogs with good recall or under close supervision. This is also a great property for training gundogs or bird dogs. With wide open space, varied terrain, and natural distractions, it's perfect for practicing recall, obedience, and fieldwork-style training. Please note: 🐾 There are natural hazards such as cactus, prairie dog holes, red anthills, and prickly brush—please supervise your pup carefully. 🐴 Horses can sometimes be seen on the neighboring property to the north. 🐶 Our personal dog may be outside in the fenced area near the house but won’t be accessible to your dog. 🚫 No people should be visible or around during your visit. 🚗 Park on the north or south side of the brown house when you arrive via the dirt easement road off Judge Orr. This is a peaceful place to let your dog enjoy nature—just be mindful of the environment and boundaries (please don’t cross the pond on the east side).
