Description

Fertilizer and Pesticide Free! A little over 1/2 acre and totally fenced in for pups to play! Lots of shade from the Magnolia and Oak Trees, but also some pretty large sunny patches!! Large covered porch. Great for puppy birthday parties! 🐶 🎂 Yard is large enough to accommodate pups and humans. 😉

Please pick up after your pets. I provide disposable bags on the porch and then you can dispose of in the dark green trashcan next to the garage upon leaving. Also, if you have a stronger dog and it is hard for you to control the animal on the leash, you are welcome to pull into the driveway next to the gate entrance.

Park by the gate that is shown in the pictures. Enter through the gate and enjoy the pasture. It is partly tall grass and partly short grass. You can hide dog training decoys and toys in the tall grass. Your dog might prefer running and playing in the short grass. There is a hose with well water available for drinking and playing. A plastic Kiddy pool is on hand. There is a container with poop bags. Please keep the field picked up.

Our space is roughly 2 fenced-in acres. 1 acre is a field, and the other is a 1-acre surface area pond. This pond is between 1 - 7 feet deep in some places, so dogs love swimming and running around. The pond is safe for pups to swim in and drink from! We have 10 dogs of our own who LOVE to play in the pond, so we make sure it is as safe as we can. There are no Gators, Snappers, or Blue/Green Algae! We DO have chickens and ducks on the property, but they will be fenced in a separate area during any visits. Please know that we are a very new Sniffspot! We are always working on making things better. Please let us know if you need anything! Parking is on grass, not on concrete. Parking is between the fence and the bush. This spot is not handicap accessible due to the terrain. Please note we DO HAVE A CAMERA in our field for wildlife protection.
