Hi! I've been a dog owner/lover for my entire life. I currently have 2, a Labrador/golden retriever mix and a Staffordshire mix. When we moved to this neighborhood, the biggest selling point for me about the house was the backyard. One of my greatest joys is watching my pups romp and play, and I knew we needed a place where they would have lots of space to do that. Now to be able to have a platform where we can share this with others... It's a dream come true!
Welcome to an acre of beautiful grounds mixed with a natural creek and a large pond. Very private in the summer and fall. Lots of things to smell and places to explore! Seating, toys and poop bags provided. All that’s needed is you and your canine friend(s)!
Maintained fenced back yard large enough to let your dog run and be leash free! I recently became a dog widow and miss seeing a dog in my back yard. I would love to share my space with owners and dogs that need a place to run free without the worry of interacting with other dogs. Dog sitting available upon request. I know how hard it is to be able to relax when you have to leave your pet behind. Your home or mine. I am happy to accommodate you and your pups in any way to make you both comfortable.

4 acres of 5-foot fence surrounds a beautiful property with woods, trails, and mowed areas. Smaller fenced pastures are available upon request. Dogs can interact with goats, chickens and local wildlife.

A private yard in Sohud/Old North where your pup(s) can run free. + Large L-shaped yard (perfect for zoomies) + 6ft fencing with Dig Defence at gaps + No fertiliser or pesticides in enclosed area + Comfortable outdoor furniture on low deck + Great tree coverage in spring/summer + 5min south of Clintonville and 8min north of Short North Notes for reactive dogs + Property is by freight train tracks - unfortunately no train schedule that we can determine + Neighbor on one side + Squirrels are common + Sometimes groundhogs, raccoons and deer
Fully fenced yard. Guests can enter from either side using latched gate. There is a third latch gate at the back of the property to access stream. If accessing stream with dog, please have dog on a leash as to not go into other neighboring yards. Patio furniture (little table with bench and 2 chairs) is put away for winter but will be put out during the warmer months. Toddler swing under stairs. Sunroom at the top of stairs if needed during rain, wind etc. Sunroom has a picnic table with benches for human friends (but you can see into my kitchen/living room from this room if we are home :))
Climate controlled, agility flooring, 5400 square feet (60x90) - this is an amazing place to take your dog to play or train. Plenty of space to practice walking, recalls, or play relationship building games. Or just take a seat while your dog spends some supervised off leash time indoors.
