Back of the lot does enter into a residential area and there is no fence so keep that in mind when dogs are off leash. There are lots of feral cats in the area

We own an acre of land and have a dog who is always on leash when out. There is a small pond in the parking area and a creek running through the property. Many of our neighbors own chicken and other farm animals. Lot is only fenced on one side. Dog bags trash cans, chairs, etc can be provided upon request. We often find lots of snakes, frogs salamanders, etc. Near the pond and creek so would be a good critter hunting experience.
