Welcome to Cbus Canine Club! A private yard in Sohud/Old North where your pup(s) can run free. + Large L-shaped yard (perfect for zoomies) + 6ft fencing with Dig Defence at gaps + No fertiliser or pesticides in enclosed area + Comfortable outdoor furniture on low deck + Great tree coverage in spring/summer + 5min south of Clintonville and 8min north of Short North Notes for reactive dogs + Property is by freight train tracks - unfortunately no train schedule that we can determine + Neighbor on one side + Squirrels are common + Sometimes groundhogs, raccoons and deer

Fully fenced with 4' chain link fence. 2 options for entry at gates. Tree lined fence for privacy during the spring, summer, and early fall.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
