“my dog will be kept inside but might bark occasionally especially upon first arriving. my neighbors have dogs that stay outside on chains and bark a lot. they also have little dogs that get let outside without a leash or being put on a chain.”

“this is overall a quiet neighborhood but there are children that live around that play outside when it's nice. they should only ever be able to hear them though, not see them. (with the occasional exception of if my child or my niece and nephews are arriving or leaving.)”

This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.

the yard is unfenced there is a public trail next door that leads to many ponds and a stream. Dogs can swim in the streams as there are many pockets. there is a field next door but it is not owned. plenty of space to run around. Dog toys included. there is a small man made pond with a water feature that allows small dogs to swim. I do have ducks but i will make sure to have put away in their coop. they will not be visible. please make sure to leave them alone and do not tamper with their coop!

Acres of open fields, trails through the woods, and a lovely valley with a stream meandering through are all that await you and your four legged friends! Maps and descriptions, along with a cooler containing snacks and water are provided upon your arrival. It is gorgeous out here in all seasons- plenty of shade in the summer, and wide open spaces for dogs to run free. So much to enjoy and explore here- come and see for yourself! Note: we do have 2 geese which may be heard somewhat in the distance. However, you will not see them nor any other domestic animals while here, since the Sniffspot is quite far away from the homestead.
