Description

Welcome to the Durable Dog Agility Farm House located in the Costa Mesa Freedom Track. The property was built for dogs as we rescue, foster, train and own two working breeds. The main two functions of what we offer is our agility course and a long 45 yard driveway for fetch. I have 2 large shepherds that are both fully exhausted after hitting the course just a few times each. Our ramps are quite sturdy and they are stationary, the 4 boxes and tunnel are all movable. To see how we put our dogs through this course please check out @durabledog on Instagram. Trigger Bones has a reel hitting the course pinned on the top left. We can’t wait to host you and your pup or pups!!

HOST NOTE

The only hazard is if you leave the front white gate open when your dog is in the yard. come on the property you must slide that white gate shut and if your dog is not able to be around chickens, then you must also shut the tall brown gate as well.

Bite Work35 credits

Allow me to work with you and your dog on building confidence. Coaching you on picking out and establishing a bite word. Work with a tug and work towards the bite sleeve. Dogs lose interest after 15 mints; these bite work sessions last 20 minutes during your time at the Durable Dog Farm House.

Feed the Hens5 credits

They go crazy for their meal worms and protein bugs. Bring your kids or feed them yourself. They like to eat out of your hand or the treats in their area. Their food is in the silver canister near their coop.

Additional rules

Just respect the property. Please pick up after your dog asap so they don’t run in it. Feel free to bring a putter and use the putting green. If you’d like to access the Garage which has a bathroom, 70 inch flat screen, a dumbbell rack, a body bike, a new sofa and a Mini Fridge please book the extra. If your dogs are aggressive with chickens they will need to stay in the back and not in the front part of the property. The hens are behind a chicken fence but any dog can bend or ruin the integrity of the chicken fence. If they are not aggressive just make sure your dogs do not push on or jump on the chicken wire.

My name is Chris. I’m a 41 year-old entrepreneur, fitness, professional, and Dog Trainer. I own a gym here in Costa Mesa on 17th St. called Double Ops and I have two amazing shepherds. One is a German shepherd named bullet and the other is a Belgian Mal named Trigger Bones. I have a professional and commercial grade agility course set up at my personal residence for my dogs and dog clients and now the Sniff Spot community!
