Description

Large backyard where your fur baby can run and play care free under your supervision. Entire space is fully fenced with 6ft cedar fencing. Private side entrance with pavement stones for easy access to come and go from front to back. There is a garden hose and large water bowl (refill at leisure), Wi-Fi access with code (if needed), and kiddie pool (seasonal add-on for additional fee). Small back patio is covered and has seating area for human companion. Waste bags are provided for your fur friends personal business. The party package option covers entry fees for all pets (up to 5 additional pets/people). Please make sure to get a verbal response to confirm your visit before dropping by.

Celebrate your fur baby by throwing them the ultimate dog party. Invite up to 5 additional playmates and their human companions. You and your guests will have access to a table and chairs for 6 people. Each pup will recieve a doggie ice cream and (2) milk bone dog treats. Waste pick up also included. Bring your own speaker/music and link up to the complimentary WiFi. Each guest will receive 1 bottle water. Access the kiddie pool at no additional cost with this package by request.

You may use the outlets on the table or on the pillars. There is a small mini fridge that you may use if you would like to keep your drink cool. 2 gallons of filtered water will be provided for the dogs along with a clean/sanitized water bowl. Dog splash pad is available upon request for an extra fee. No towels are provided. All dog water bowls and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily and/or after every use. When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!
