Description

Completely fenced in back yard, back porch with seating and tables plus umbrella. Fire pit available for use. As well as a nice grill. Just ask clean up after yourself, I will provide trash can. I’m very dog friendly and will even offer dog sitting if needed.

Adult drinks & fire pit$5

If told ahead of time can help adults who need to wind down and just want to relax. There will be a 2 drink maximum. Safety first. Fire pit is available for use as well. If need to use our wood or anything they’ll be just $5 charge.

Dog sitting$20

This is for those who need to drop off and leave. Minimum 20, but can up to few hours if you have things to do. So after the first hour it won’t be 20.

Grill$10

If needed to get charcoal will charge 5 as well as a 5 fee using it . Good size grill if needed for use while here with your dog.

They are building a house across the street & with nail guns & the like, it can be loud & scary for some dogs. I know my resident dogs don't like to go outside when they're beating & banging & making a lot of noise. So if you have a dog that's sensitive to that .. just letting you know. Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play. Enjoy the swing while your pups run & play. Shade up by the house, as well as a box full of balls. Dog bowls up by the garage doors. Please try to keep your pups from digging in the grass. New sod! There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. There has been a problem lately with poop not getting picked up. I know it can & does happen. But if we can all do our part to pick up our dog's poop, that will make it enjoyable for everyone. We love it here, and we hope you do too.
