Fencing details: Road is gated and fenced off. The right side is a wooded lot not mine . The back side is the entire creek with a drop off down. The left is a rock bluff and woods my property lines are clearly marked , thr land is pretty much cleared .

Description

5 acres, a full time private running creek with 2 swim spots available, field is tall grass with the perimeter kept mowed and clean. Deer and turkeys roam. Gated from the road and partially fenced up front for pet safety . I live on a one lane country road with little to no traffic if your searching for private , peaceful and serene in nature you've come to the right spot to sniff. Looking forward to meeting you and your fur babies. Just a short drive from clarksville 25 minutes from the Walmart on ft campbell blvd to be exact 13 minutes past the county landfill dump

Hazards

There is a creek, the drop off is about 15 feet it is protected with tall grass and trees same with the natural spring waterfall..must use some caution I recommend a leash walk of the property first before turning your baby loose. Additional rules

It's probably a good idea to walk the property with your pet on leash first. So you can get use to how high the creek bank is. It's quit a drop down from up above. Safety first :). To get into the creek you have to cross a spring , creek entrance is where the chairs are at the end of the property feel free to move the chairs down into the creek ,just put them back up top when you leave thanks. And please don't let your pup potty on any trees around the driveway or house double thanks for that! 😁
