Feel free to grab them from the container by the grill on the deck. How to Access: Park in the driveway near the fence. Open the gate (using the silver latch) and step into your private dog haven! Dispose of waste in the black trash bin near the garage. (Look for the Sniffspot sign, though it might shift occasionally!) I will provide a bowl of fresh water whenever I am able to do so, but it might be a good idea to bring some fresh drinking water for your pets if you think you’ll need it. Sorry for the inconvenience! Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. A couple of further notes to be aware of. First off, this is not a small yard that is perfectly kept with 100% grass coverage. It is a very large field with some large trees especially in the back. Because of that, if we get heavy rain it will likely be a bit soggy, and there might be some spots of mud. This is mostly noticeable in the cooler months, but even in the summer if we get enough rain it is possible. If you have any issues with your dogs running and playing in a large field/wooded environment after heavy rainfall please be aware and schedule accordingly! Another note is there is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though, we actually like it! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

The property also includes spacious lawns, allowing your four-legged friends to run and play to their heart's content. You'll find plenty of room to toss a ball, play fetch, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. At the very back of the property, if it rained recently you will find a small stream that winds its way through the woods. The backyard boundary is marked by a tree line and untrimmed grass, following where the fence used to be. Also a note that the Nextdoor neighbors have chickens and a pup that they keep in an enclosed area. Quite likely you’ll hear them during your exploration of our yard!
