There are some booking times which work work better than others, and I want to plan with you to care for your dog's needs.** **Due to the nationwide atypical canine infectious respiratory disease, we have reduced available amenities. Please plan to bring your own water and bowl.** **This is a pollinator-friendly property! If you are nervous about bees, please contact me prior to booking. I can take steps to temporarily and harmlessly reduce their presence for your booking.** This yard has manicured grass, large fruit trees which offer shade in the warmer months, a variety of plants to provide different scents, and a dirt corner for dogs which love to dig! It's large enough to play fetch, let dogs play together, or just allow them to explore without fear of losing track of them.
Bring your dogs to enjoy our spacious, fully fenced half-acre pasture in beautiful South Jordan! Ideal for dogs of all sizes (except extra tiny), this open space offers plenty of room to run and play. They'll be surrounded by the charming sight of sheep and alpacas (safely locked up), with stunning views to complete the experience. A perfect opportunity for your furry friend to have a wonderful time in a secure and scenic setting!

Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We own two dogs who love the yard, and one is extremely friendly and would love a playdate if you so desire. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!
A former horse pasture that has tons of space to run dogs. I will be adding more things as time goes on.
My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.

We have a lovely backyard for you and your dog to enjoy. Lots of grass to run and play, fully fenced, and no visibility to other yards or the street. We do have chickens that are visible but in their own separate enclosure. We’re excited to have you!
