Welcome to "The Pipeline", a field, bush and forested area with a stream, pond and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter and through the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay to the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow along, or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes, so have to watch for that.

Fully Fenced but a small portion is wire fencing (used to be electric fencing but no charge in them now), so might not be appropriate for some small dogs who tend to escape. There is a picture showing that fencing. ☀️ On those hotter days, take advantage of our mostly shaded trails… or if you just need that extra adventure. Follow the beautiful manicured trail that wraps around our fields. Ten minutes will get you to the opening of our picturesque gully trail. Gully… so yes that means a hill… but it is gradual. Also there is a tap near the gate that you can fill your dogs bowl incase your dog/dogs get thirsty. We have provided a tote full of toys and balls that your dog/dogs can play with. Plus the backyard has lots of different things that will be exciting for your dog/dogs to experience. There is an extra that you can select when booking your time slot called treats and if you select that extra then we will hide treats for your arrival! Lots of street parking near our house and the bag hanging on our tree is for any poop bags you may have. If you have any questions please let us know!

Ourfully fenced in property is very long and narrow, with a small hill at the back. It’s a great spot for playing fetch, or if your pooch has the zoomies. My one neighbour has trees along the West side of the fence, creating a lot of shade for your furbabies. They’ll second neighbour has a tall fence up for privacy. There’s a picnic table available for you to use, and also a small bistro set off to the side by the gate that you’re welcomed to sit at too. Help yourself to the dog toys that are available in the purple bin, as well as the pile of sticks for fetch. Those things can be found along the back of my house. We have some agility equipment - an all seasons commercial fibreglass tunnel, and a big wooden spool with a wooden bench to walk along. Feel free to bring some kibble to toss in the pool noodle pool! It’s a great enrichment activity for your dog(s) - trying to search for the kibble through the pool noodle pieces. The pool noodle pool is available, weather permitting. There’s also drinking water for your dog(s), and a small garbage bin provided for any waste. I am VERY open to suggestions or ideas via chat. Feel free text reach out to me with any questions or ideas. We have Silkie chickens that stay in their fenced in area on the East side of the property. Nobody around here minds if your dogs bark. If you feel the chickens would be too distracting for your dog(s), please let me know and I can try and get them into the coop during your stay.
