Fencing details: There is no fencing around the property Walking trails are cut through the woods and meadows and there is also a large lawn to play in. It is set at the end of a dead end lane. The acreage is about half lawn/meadow and half woods.

Old stone fences that are climbable and uneven, local wildlife including predatory birds (bald eagles, hawks, etc), coyotes, wild turkeys; a wood pile but also the woods in general with many fallen logs. There are no ponds/water sources.
