Description

Cold Creek Valley sits on 36 acres of rolling hills in the Ozarks. There are five marked/maintained hiking trails on the property with others actively being carved out of the woods. They take you through varying types of terrain and multiple rock features. The creek borders a beautiful meadow and flows during the wetter months. A pond sits near the back of the property and is a great place to spot wildlife. A true doggy paradise! Cold Creek Valley also serves as a primitive campground with three secluded sites which are available to book if you’re looking for an extended stay. Note: we are located within a mile from a private gun range. It’s not always in use, but if your dog is scared of distant gunfire, this is not the spot for you.

Sections of our trails walk along our property line. These fences include old barbed wire. Please be cautious with your dogs!

Additional rules

1. Dogs must be on leash if campers are present. (We’re a small campground that is usually more busy during the weekends.) I’ll notify you the morning of booking to let you know the status. 2. Please pick up and bag your pet waste. Garbage bins are available on site. (Pet scooper available at site 2 if unoccupied.) 3. No glass bottles allowed. 4. Close and latch our front gate upon arrival. 5. Please respect our private property and leave it as you found it.

My wife and I purchase this beautiful off grid property in early 2023. We’ve turned this rugged old hunting property into a secluded tent campground. We currently have 3 sites with a 4th coming soon! I’ve built miles of hiking trails that include benches, scenic views and many wet weather creeks to explore. We love taking our dogs out there and letting them live their best lives! We’d love to share this doggy paradise with your pup or pups and have an amazing time!

My yard is inviting to all dogs that need some exercise and free time off the leash. This spot is geared for medium and small dogs although large dogs have visited also. It's roomy and completely fenced with plenty of fresh clean water. I provide tennis balls, frisbees, sticks and other toys for your dogs enjoyment. Don't bring your dog poop bags. I have pooper scoopers and a trash can that you're welcome to use to keep the yard clean. There are chairs, table and an umbrella for the owners to relax and watch their dogs play. 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
