Hi there! We are Abigail and Ian. Welcome to your new favorite Sniffspot! As Farmington is an on-leash city, you need a space to safely let your dogs run around to their hearts' content. Or maybe you need a place for your reactive dog to be outside, do some training, and relax. We've been there before, we get it! Come on over, and see if this is the place for you and your pup! Amenities for people: * Locking gate from the inside, ensuring privacy and safety during your visit * Parking spot in the driveway * Table and 2 chairs * Hammock under shade trees during the warmer months * No extra charge for multiple dogs, up to 3 dogs! * Bulk pricing for a birthday or "gotcha" day celebration with your friends and their pups! Amenities for doggies: * 1/3 acre to run around! * Toys (chuck it balls, thrower, tug rope) * Agility equipment (jump, weave poles, tunnel) * Irrigation water spout (functional April 15 - Oct 15) and bowl * Fully fenced yard, 6' all the way around * Grass yard, plus forest area for super sniffers to explore! I hope to be able to provide a kiddie pool for dogs to splash around in the summer, as well as towels. Your support is appreciated to improve what I can offer! A couple of things to note: * The neighbors on both sides have small dogs that may bark. Usually they are inside during the day, though. * We care about your safety, as well as our own. For this reason, we have multiple security cameras around our home. We also have well-trained dogs of protective breeds. They are nothing to be afraid of - unless you are a threat. Be warned, would-be burglars! * I will make sure my blinds are closed, but even so, my dogs may sense you are in the yard and may bark, but will settle after a while. Mutton Hollow Tailscape

Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We own two dogs who love the yard, and one is extremely friendly and would love a playdate if you so desire. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
