Our property features wide open fields, shaded areas, and natural boundaries that offer plenty of space for fetch, training, or a calm escape from crowded parks. Whether your dog is high-energy, reactive, or just needs room to roam, we’ve created a clean, quiet, and safe environment you’ll both love. Water and cleanup bags are provided, and we even offer a “Dog & Wine” bundle so you can sip while they sniff. Just a short drive from Peachtree City and Jonesboro, this hidden gem is open 5 days a week with flexible booking options. Come experience the good life—farm-style—for you and your best friend!

Hi, we’re the Beedles — a husband-and-wife duo, parents, and founders of Rich Already Farms in Fayetteville, GA. We created this space to share the beauty of our land with families, pets, and nature lovers alike. Our 6.5-acre farm is a peaceful escape where dogs can roam free and their humans can relax — maybe even with a glass of our handcrafted wine. We’re excited to welcome you to our little slice of country calm.

Located conveniently off the highway but back far enough to breathe away from traffic. The trail is an open space with hills that carves around 4 acres for short or long walks. Open space, so recall or leash is a must :) There is a small area that's fenced in if needed as well that you are welcome to, but let me know ahead of time so i cam ensure its escape proof. I only do one booking at a time, so feel safe knowing you and your pup have an exclusive space :) There are no farm animals accessible during your visit. The chickens will be in their concrete coop for safety and the horses have moved to better pastures.
