Description

Price is per hour. You may bring up to 4 dogs. Please lock door from inside before unleashing dogs. Approximately 75 x120 ft building with sand floor. Insulated and partly heated. Temperature is approximately 40 -50 degrees warmer in the winter than outside. Perfect place to give your dog a good run and play time out of the snow and elements. There are some props (cones, poles, standards) that you can use to build an obstacle course for your dog. Please take them down again when you are done. In the fall, building temp is usually around 50-60F, in the dead winter when it's -20F outside it's around 30F inside.

Additional rules

Lock doors from inside before unleashing your dog. Refill any holes your dog digs in the sand to make sure the surface is smooth again. Pick up any poop and deposit in wheelbarrow Return any props you use, such as cones, jumps, etc to their proper places before leaving. Turn lights off before leaving. Keep your dogs leashed at all times until inside the arena. Do not explore the rest of the property and stay away from the pastures, barns and farm animals.

Beautiful 4 acres just outside of town. Easy to get to from the interstates or highway 10. We have a dog that would be kept inside, unless you want him out to play with your dog(s). We also have an outdoor cat but she will hide. Plenty of room to park and easy to get in and out of our yard.
