When I was originally looking to buy a house, the number one priority was the yard. My Springer Spaniel (Loki) was 4 at the time, full of energy but also reactive to other dogs. I wanted to make sure he had a large, fenced yard where he could let loose without the stress of dogs and unknown humans. Unfortunately, Loki passed away in December 2023. Since his yard was chosen to help him feel safe and comfortable while having fun, I would like it to now serve that purpose for other reactive dogs and any other dog that just needs some private play time! I also have a 15-year-old Lhasa Apso, Foxy, who prefers to only utilize her big yard for potty purposes. She adamantly chooses to be an indoor girly.
