Private, fully fenced property just outside Flagstaff, perfect for dogs to run and play safely. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a spacious yard with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The property is monitored 24/7 by video surveillance for added peace of mind. Entry is through a private white gate, with detailed instructions provided before your visit. Standard hours are 9 AM to 6 PM; visits outside these hours require prior approval. While the property is securely fenced, there is a rare chance a gate may be left open, so we recommend a quick check upon arrival.

Welcome! We’re the Andersons, and we live on site with our mini Goldendoodle, Rosie. She remains indoors during visits, so guests have full access to the space without interaction from resident pets. A few important notes: • The tiny home on the property is private and off-limits. • For everyone’s safety, the property is monitored by 24/7 video surveillance. • Please do not allow dogs to jump on any vehicles. • As we also operate a small-scale boarding and daycare service, you may occasionally see small dogs using the fenced side yard briefly for potty breaks. They will not share the Sniffspot area. There are two gates on the property: one black and one white. All Sniffspot guests must use the white gate for entry. The gate requires specific instructions, so please reach out before your booking is confirmed to go over access. Standard visiting hours are 9 AM to 6 PM. Requests outside of those hours must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee, due at check-in. Last minute changes to scheduled times may also be subject to a fee. While I don’t typically meet guests at check-in, I’m happy to come out and introduce myself if you’re interested in becoming a regular visitor or would like to discuss any details in person. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions—we’re happy to help! 🐾
