Description

3 acres of serenity! Large clean pond dyed blue surrounded by a hill with play space behind all sides! Flat grass areas for playing too, dog toys throughout the yard for pups to find as they go! Gravel turnaround driveway allows for easy access. The yard is surrounded by fields so it’s nothing but bird chirping and wild life noises out here!

There is a goat pen that is not being used, it’s not in the best condition currently so please use caution around there. Rabbits also frequently poop in the yard so be on the lookout if your pup eats rabbit poop! We are not responsible for accidents. The water does have fish!

Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 3 pups orselves that will be kept inside and away from the yard but are available to play depending on your preference. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off.
